We understand that grief is a journey, one that can have an immediate and lasting impact on our daily lives, our identities, and our routines. We all experience grief differently, but one thing remains the same: it is not linear and it is a journey that takes time for all of us to navigate. Communication may become strained as family and friends struggle to express their love and support. How we move through this journey and reclaim our lives is an individual process, but it is possible.
